
Why can't I view data on the website properly?
Your computer might not meet the right specifications. In order to use the admin section of Club Golf for inputting results, your computer needs to be a PC, or Mac running OS X. The internet browser needs to be Internet Explorer 5.5 or above, or Mozilla Firefox.
Where do I start if I want to enter results?
You need to know the admin web address. This has already been sent to club secretaries but if you do not have the details please call the helpline on 0141 302 7147 or email us using the Feedback form.
Then what? Once you have entered the correct address you will come to a page where you should add you club details and the club official contact information. Then log in using your chosen email address and password. This will take you to the admin page where you can input, edit and view results plus edit your club details.
How do I input results?
Click New Results and then select the type of event you want to enter in the drop-down menu under
the Add Competitions section on the competitions page. Fill in the relevant details for the competition and then click on the orange Enter Results button at the right of the screen.
What if one of the player results is wrong?
Go to the Results page, and select the specific competition. Click on the red icon to the left of the player's name to delete the current entry, and then you can re-enter his/her details with the correct information.
How do I edit club details?
You can change any information that is wrong or outdated by going to the Edit Club Details page.
